my knee

yesterday i was at my friend luke's house and i was about to leave. i was running up the steps and they have carpet steps and i sliped. you know how those steps have the metal things on them? well i hit my knee on the steps and i was in so much pain, and it feels like theres a big dent in it. it feels like its flat and its not like that on the other knee. so please pray for it that nothing is wrong and that it would heal.
