When it comes to accepting reality, scientists reject anything that overrides reality -- such as miracles.

They won't even call it "miracles" -- they call it "magic."

Whose reality is larger, Einstein's or the Bible's?

Magic is the same as miracles, its interchangable.

Physical reality is well defined.

Is that why they do experiments on prayer and conclude there's no difference or, at best, it's a placebo? No.

It isn't just Christians who pray.

Investigating claims is part of what science does, but the rest of the time science focuses on what can actually be observed in reality.

I think it's done subconsciously.

How convenient.

They wouldn't.

But in accepting science, they're accepting a craft that combats the Bible.

As you say, they have no interest towards the Bible, so those scientists are, in your view, being honest and not anti-bible? You said yourself that it's only the bible (for some reason) that science is apparently interested in. Those from other religious backgrounds must therefore be doing science with an honest heart and no subconscious thoughts towards the bible.

Please don't put words in my mouth.

What did I say that was wrong? I was merely following the 'logic' of your comments.

If scientists are trying to 'sterilise' the bible (and apparently no other religious texts) surely those who are from different religious or non-religious backgrounds must be doing science honestly without any of your claimed anti-bible bias, since they would have no feelings either way about the bible or even much knowledge of it?

I don't want this to turn into apologetics, but 'accept this all completely on faith or be punished for all eternity no matter how good you are' is a threat.
Without indoctrination and the fear of hell, religions fall apart.

I don't know about that; Buddhism seems to be going strong without a hell.
Sci ... er ... Buddhism claims there are no gods, unless there are; and that there is no Heaven or Hell, unless there is.

Science also cla ... er ... Buddhism also claims it is not a religion.

(Sorry. The two are hard to separate at times.)

Guatama left home, leaving his wife to raise a son, then came back "enlightened."

Darwin left his job, his vocation, and his home, leaving his wife to raise a family, then came back with a communicable disease.

Brother, this is not really a challenge, but a mockery. I think it's not good. Evolution is a very complex theory, based on facts from different fields of science, and so to try and mock in this simplistic way, I think, doesn't serve it intellectual justice it deserves. It does not help to convince in creation, either. It only serves to push evolutionists away from creationism, reinforcing their view of creationists as stubborn believers who refuse to see things for what they are.

You can't compare an airplane to a living organism developing over billions of years. There is much more complex intelligence involved in the evolution of life, than in design of an airplane (which also evolved over a century or so, including many planes going down due to faults of design or operation).
