My Friend Finally Accepted Christ!

I've been praying for a good friend for the last three years. Early this morning, he finally surrendered his life to Christ. I was so happy I cried. There were times when I felt it was hopeless because my friend has been openly antagonistic towards God because he hates organized religion. But the Lord, in His infinite grace and mercy, opened my friend's heart and mind to the truth. I encourage you brethren never to lose heart for those you are praying for. The answer may be long in the coming but know that the Lord our God hears our petitions.

What a wonderful Father we have. To Him be the glory!

Praise be to the Lord and great is His grace. It is great when one comes to know the Lord as their personal Savior. God has indeed convicted your friends heart and even though there was resentment( usually the one who resents the most is the one most convicted ex. the Apostle Paul) May God use your friend for bearing good fruit, may your friend continue to grow and not lose faith and persevere. Continue to pray as I am on this matter.
May God's Will be done in all things.
