The Word of God.To the Church in Philadelphia 7"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. 8I know your deeds. See, I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.9I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. 10Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth. 11I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on him my new name. 13He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. This is the Scripture God gave me in a dream. Praise God I'm approved not by works but what Christ did for me!
　
　
See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. Here He is talking about He is the door that leads to eternal life and I have been for so long feeling guity cos I wasn't up to the self rightous standers that I believed I should be. No works can get me there, He has already opened the door.
　
　
　
　
Here I live in a home that is worldly but I have kept my Gaurd up and have not denied Christ and live for myself.
　
　
　
　
9I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. Here He is talking about the OCD theme I was going thru and how I would obsesse about hell and if I was going there. He confirmed in this bit of Scripture that I am safe.

For five yr's I have kept myself pure from fornication and, I have endured trials you wouldn't believe and I've dealt with lust but Jesus loves me anyways. This is what the Spirit has told me about this Scripture!

Right here to me He is talking about there is somewhat a boundry around me. Every attempt I've made to make a relationship has always failed, due to them being unsaved. You will know them by there fruit and I did. God pertects me from this also when Christ showed the disciples how to pray He said Father lead them not into temptation but deliver them from the evil one.

Here is a warning that He is coming soon and not to let anyone take my crown of life.....I will go to heaven but my possesions there will be taken if I allow the enemy to get a foothold.
　
　
　
　
　
Remember, why was this church persecuted in the first place? If they had not been witnessing, if they had not been trying to spread a passion for God, they would not have been persecuted. So He says, "Hold on to what you have – your witness! I have placed before you and open door – walk through it! Be bold! Despise the shame! No one can shut this door – so pray for more open doors, and walk through them!"
