Hello, new Christian here!

Last night before I went to bed I properly prayed for the very first time in my life

I kneeled by my bed and for about five minutes I prayed

When I prayed I felt an amazing connection to God that was unlike anything I had previously experienced

I talked to him about many things and it felt as though he was listening

After I’d finished I felt super relaxed

I remember my first prayer at 24. I read the Lord's Prayer from Matthew 6, but in a prayerful manner , not rote. I noticed things went smooth that day Oct 31, 1973 for the first time in 7 years.

Praise The Lord! Prayer is awesome! It’s basically just talking to God and He calls us His friend;

John 15:15
