My DH makes me proud to be his wife

So many threads here are discussing our issues, which is good. We all need a place like this, but today I wanted to start a thread so we can say what makes us proud to be our spouse's wife or husband.

I am proud to be Stevie's wife because he is a dedicated police officer and a loving father to his boys.

I am proud to be the wife of my dear husband for many reasons. He is a kind, patient, loving, loyal, intelligent, funny, Godly man. I sometimes feel like I should pinch myself to see if I'm dreaming.

I'm proud to be my husband's wife because he always seems to step up the plate - as a husband, as father, as a man. After 7 years, I still find myself suprisingly impressed at what a great guy he is.

I'm proud to be my husband's wife because he's a gentle spiritual leader whose capacity for faith and love puts mine to shame almost on a daily basis.. Of course, that's also why I'm jealous of him.

I'm proud to be Sean's wife because he is an exempelary Marine. He is a dedicated father to his daughters. He treats me with kindness and respect every day. He respects that I work also and without complaint will do his share of the housework. Plus, he looks way hot in his Blues.

I am proud to be my husband's wife because at work he is a good Christian example in a quiet way. He's a quiet guy but whenever I see his co-workers they always comment on how he doesn't cuss, talk dirty, drink, or smoke. They also tell me what a hard and honest worker he is. It makes me very proud!
