3 When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
4 For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
5 I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

4 One [thing] have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

I really like this one.
This is the part that hits me the hardest. The part I strive for most.

Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

"in whose spirit there is no guile." To have a life so clear, so open, so unblemished by anything deceiving from within. Such are those whom God has cleansed from the inside out. If there is guile, it is living in the the place of Jesus. The Holy Spirit still has much to do in a man who is filled or even carries a little guile.
We need to call on God's Spirit to search us and to reveal to us that which is deceitful, and cunning. Much of the time we are not even aware of our own deceit. This is why we need the Holy Spirit. He will show us all we need to know in the right order and right time.

Forgiveness

Matthew 6
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
