I'm guessing that while unusual a dentist might conclude that Adam has awesome dental hygiene and maybe some good genes going for him.


The more interesting scenario is Adam taking a physical exam.... and the doctor potentially discovering he has no navel...

Um because we get out navel from being born and having the unbiblical cord cut. There is no reason why God would create Adam with a navel other than people believing this feature was an important and needed human aesthetic.

In addition, the belief that Adam was created with a navel is part of the Omphalos hypothesis, which is a belief we don't subscribe to.

Well I assume that Adam had no vaccination marks like I once had on my arm.

I dont get it. A navel is no less an indication of ordinary human birth origin than is a complete set of chromosomes, 23 from each parent. Did Adam lack those or just have one set somehow? Maybe Adam was the last (and first) monoploid human. Or Eve.

Adam lied as he isn't 20 years old.

He may have been created to be like what a 20 year old man would look like, but he is not 20.
