My darling husband

My precious hubby was just 52 when he passed away on 2/3/04. He was a 4th grade special education teacher for 26 years and a pastor of our Baptist Church. He just suddenly became ill on Christmas holidays. He had come down with an extremely rare but vicious pulmonary fibrosis. It just started at Christmas, but it obliterated his lungs by February. I miss him so, so much. We have no children, and my life is empty without his precious smile and encouraging spirit. Our church is just devestated as much as me! Please pray for us! God sure took a beautiful soul when he took my Tony.

Denise, I am so sorry. It is still so fresh, isn't it? My husband died 3 years ago friday 4/2/01, and it's often like it was yesterday. pm me if you want to talk!

Thank you all for your kind remarks! It's been over 2 months now and the pain is still so fresh. Tonight was the first time I was able to sing a solo at our church. I sung I STAND REDEEMED. Truely, God is with me and that is what keeps me going, knowing how much of a mess I seem to be in, my joy is in my salvation.
