My cousin needs some help

Please can I have some prayers for my cousin, Georgie? She's 16 and I recently saw her at a family party. She's really anorexic and i'm really worried about her. She says she's trying to recover, I just pray that God'll give her the strength to carry on the long road and get better

And can I have some prayers for my friend Maya. She's pretty depressed at the moment and nothing I seem to say makes her feel better about herself. I know what she (and my cousin) are going through because I've been there myself, but I don't know how to tell them and how to use my experiences to help them.
