It might be a problem with your monitor or with your screen settings. Have you tried internet research (google the message)? You should include your monitor model number and OS version. There may be some solution on one of these sites:

If you are using Windows PC this may help

I use a 55 inch LED HD TV for my monitor and the process is very much the same found in the controls of the TV itself
