My Child,
Life isn't fair.
That's a hard thing to find out
but sooner or later, everyone does.
Still, I feel sad
when someone I care about,
like you, has to face such a difficult past
You didn't cause it,
you don't deserve it,
and there's no easy way to fix it
You simply have to live through it
and heal your open wounds.
As time goes by,
you'll rise above it.
I know, because
I know you.
The things that happen around you
Can't change the qualities
within you.
What happned to you isn't fair.
But someday you'll discover
there's meaning in it,
a meaning that will have purpose in your life
you can't even imagine right now.
