God sometimes extends an invitation for us to engage with Him in a positive manner. This can be likened to a coach or a boss training soldiers, or a loving father preparing his children. Not to cause us harm, but rather to equip us with the necessary training before sending us on a journey to confront and overcome adversities.
Reading the Bible is a deeply immersive experience, akin to engaging in a strenuous wrestling match with multifaceted characters, both virtuous and malevolent. It's a journey to return to the Garden of Eden, the Mountain of Elohim, the space where heaven and earth converge. This quest culminates in the ultimate aspiration of constructing The Holy City.
In the midst of your battles, you will gain a deep understanding of your own vulnerabilities and strengths. You will uncover the true nature of your inner spirit and recognize your destined affiliation with the righteous alliance. With each triumph, the opposing forces will face a critical choice - to embrace divinity or be vanquished, influencing the balance and ascension of the entire universe.
Through the grace of Christ, we are granted entry to this Garden of Eden concealed within the scriptures. Those who have found this spiritual sanctuary take on the role of guardians of the Holy City, nurturing the earth and taking charge over the fish, the birds, and everything that moves on the earth. From this vantage point, our perspective becomes more profound as we behold all the realms and embrace the complete essence of the Spirit of God in human form.
As we study the scriptures like wise men bearing gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh on this long journey to meet The King of The Garden, there are also moments of new birth when God pours out His love through the stories of specific characters. It's as if we are being engulfed in an eternal sense of joy, where we are exposed and yet completely unaware of the shame, as we are being transformed by love itself. I like to think that this is the kind of pure connection that Adam and Eve shared before they failed and were banished from the Garden.
(Matthew 18:18-20)
