I wrote this about three years ago now, and have written others since but i just wanted to see what u guys think of this.
BLUE FLAMES
The minds of youth are all like flames
Ready and waiting and bright
But sometimes there's a different mind
Ready to take flight.
This mind is like another flame
Seperately blazing blue.
Rare and imaginative-a light apart
Unflikering, strong, and true.
Among all the other flames ashining
This one stands alone
Begging all the help and aid
It may not find on its own.
With that help and aid someday
That little blue flame will be
A beautiful fire, tall and bright,
And will thank you gratefully.
This beautiful fire now has all
Its warmth and all its glow.
Because of you and unto you
This warmth it can bestow.
So fan the flame and feed the fire
And someday you will see
That young blue flame with all its light
Giving back to thee.
