That should be "used": It is the imperfect tense indicating a continuing or repetitive condition in the past. The imperfect tense is minimally relict in English.

to say that anyone can use gutter language, but it takes a educated person to speak English properly.

Correct would be "an educated person".

Of course what you guys speak in England and what we speak here is two different things.

Should be "are two different". Use the plural form of the verb when the subject is plural.

That's three grammatical errors in two sentences. But then, I would never accuse you of giving or receiving an education.

What answer, you know the common use of evolution is different from the scientific use. No one has to tell you that.

That probably came about due to misconceptions. People thought evolution meant we were getting "better" or more advanced than other animals when it doesn't say anything like that.
