Sammy smiled at her room mate.

"Hey Caitlyn!! You guys wanna join us for some ice cream... if that's ok with you two." She turned to Connor and Hope for approval.

Connor nodded. "It's fine by me... I just don't know if Hope has enough space in her car.." he turned to her and shrugged.

((I can also use my powers,Ice was in the nuculear explosion remember?He atomaticly devoloped his powers to a medium degree,he can do most of his moves exept for one.The ones he CAN do he hasnt mastered.))

Ice took a step back."Hey,I only wanted some new friends,everybody else around here can't even accept me into a group."Ice looked away towards Hope and Sammy's group."Do you know who they are?"

Flame didn't seem too friendly towards Ice. she wasn't sure if that comment about melting him had been intended that way or not, but if the other guy was easily offended it might be taken badly. just as Caitlyn was trying to figure out if she was going to have to find some way to covertly separate them, Sammy called out to her.

"Hey Caitlyn!! You guys wanna join us for some ice cream..." she turned to Hope and another guy Caitlyn didn't know so well, apparently checking out her invitation with them.

Caitlyn, returning her attention to the conversation happening next to her, heard Ice say "...know who they are?"

good. a distraction.

"yes, I do. the one girl is my roommate, Sammy, and the other is a girl named Hope. I don't know the guy yet, but if Sammy and Hope like him I'm sure he's fine.let's go talk to them."

she she turned and walked towards the little group, hoping they were following her, but not looking back to check.

Jason didn't mean to offend Ice, nut if he was gonna starta fight JAson wouyld make sure he finished it. He stared Ice down until Hope called out for Cat. JAson didn't want to be stuck here with big head. so he followed Caitlyn to join the group. The guy with them looked formiliar, he had probable run into him before. "you say something about icecream?" Jason asked Hope. "By the way, I'm Flame, and i think this guy said his name was ice? so were you planning on getting icecream on campus?"

((See, Ice isn't going to make many friends unless he tones down his powers waaayy down. If you want to be welcomed into a group be friendly, don't show off like you're any more special than anyone else. And he DOES need to be able to look like a normal human so he can't constantly be surrounded by ice.))

Hope nodded. "Yeah, it's fine with me if more people come along. The more the merrier, we'll just have to find a way to get everyone there."

The others joined them and Jason asked if they were getting ice cream on campus. "I don't think there's any ice cream on campus. Besides, we kinda want to get out for a bit so we're going across town to get some. But if you guys want to come along, I'm sure we can find a way to fit everyone. Does someone else have a car?"

A scowl crept onto Andrew's face. Flame had joined up with the other group, but not before he and Ice had a confrontation. He wondered if Ice even knew about Jason's past or why he was wearing that electronic anklet. Drew rested his elbows on his knees and placed his chin on his fists. It wasn't exactly like he could walk over there now and say 'hey guess what, this guy is an ex-convict because of gang activity.' But it didn't exactly look like the two were making fast friends as it was. It might be fun to sit back for a while and see what transpires between Ice and Flame before he gets involved anyway.

((there was a whole discussion in the OOC about whether or not Luna could have cat ears. TrueImpossibility said that walking down the street no one should be able to pick them out as a mutant. I think being encased in/made of ice is a little conspicuous.))

"I don't. if there's no one else who can drive people we could go somewhere within walking distance."

Jason knew he wasn't allowed to leave the campus, but finally, a chance to do something. Besides Cat was his friend and he didn't want to leave her alone with this weird ice guy. HE had an idea to get the tracker off his ankle, but he needed some help. "Beofre we go, can i ask someone to go with us. My room mate would love to go. I'll go get him. We'll be down in just a moment."

Jason raa back to his room and into Kyler's bed room. "Kyler, wake up you lazy! I need your help with something. "

"Leave me alone." Kyler moaned as he rolled over in bed.

Jason had to get Him to help him. "Kyler some people are going into town and i figured you wanted to go. "

"really?" Kyler asked. "i suppose i would want to go."

"Great, now i just need you to do one thing. I need you to get this thing off my ankle. "

"no way man. you have that for a reason. "

"i just want to get some ice cream. besides, i wont ell you where everyone is unless you help me. "

Kyler really wanted to go. "Fine as long as you put it back onwhen we get back. "

"dont worry i will."

"I've only done this to another object one, so i dont know if it ill work." Kyler placed his hand on the tracker and went intangable. The anklet wasn't what went intangable, but Jason was. He just walked right out of it leaving it on the floor. "Awsome!" Jason shouted

"That wasn't what i had in mind, but it'll do. "

Kyler got ready and they both ran back down to join the others. "Hey guys, this is my room mate Kyler."

Kyler waved to everyone, being his shy self.

Hope shifted uneasily. "I don't know if ..." she trailed off as she looked at the group around her. Maybe with a group this size they wouldn't have to worry about any trouble. Afterall, who would mess with all of them especially knowing they were mutants being trained by the FBI. "Well, yeah. I guess since there's so many of us we could walk somewhere."

Hope smiled as Jason returned with his roommate. Good, another person, and a guy at that. It would make her feel safer walking now that there were more people. "Hi Kyler, glad your joining up. I'm Hope." Then she added almost as an after thought, "you don't happen to have a car do you."

Drew leaned back on the bench. At least Flame had left the group, but he still didn't feel like going over and talking to such a big group. Besides, they were talking about going out for ice cream or something. It didn't sound like something he was up for. Maybe he was wrong about wanting to make friends here. As he looked over at the group, he remembered when he used to hang out with friends all the time. But that was before. It seemed like it wasn't him at all, like he had the memories of someone else.

He was glad he had decided to stay put when he saw Flame return with another guy. Only something was different about Jason. It took him a moment to pick out what it was. Then he realized, Jason wasn't wearing his anklet anymore. Why'd he have to go and take it off when there were no agents around? Drew could tell someone on Monday, but then it would just be his word against Jason's. Unless he had some kind of proof.

hope looked a bit uneasy about the notion of walking. and that last comment seemed a little odd. "anything in particular worrying you Hope, or are you just nervous?" suddenly noticing him, she added a "hi." aimed at Kyler.
