Oh dear, if I had a nickel for every time I heard this question.... I can't complain much though, I used to ask it in my young Christian days.

I agree with the other people that there's nothing wrong with genres, rather the theme.

why not? I am a diehard Iron Maiden fan and they are guilty (falsely) of satanism. Many of their songs have satanic lyrics and seem to promote death and evil.... I love them though
