what kind you listen to? well my favorates are Relient K,creed, project 86, Skillet,pillar,and cross movement. those are the ones i listen to on a daily basis

What ever my wife will let me listen to in the car.
I have a vice for some of the 80's bands like Journey and Styx, boston (even though they have been around longer than the 80's), bon jovi, etc. Not into the real heavy stuff like Osbourne and G&R. Even though some of these bands had an occasional good ballad or song.
Being a musician, I like great musicianship. Great melodies and harmonies with great vocals...
Today IMO vocals aren't to important, it's more about the shock effect that the lyrics have vs how well the singer can actually sing. That even goes for Christian music, though it's not nearly as bad as the secular.

Into hip hop/rap. Freddie Bruno, Pigeon John, Sev Statik,Red Cloud, LA Symph and all them. But they're hard to get a hold of in New Zealand.
Although Third Day, Relient K, Blindside, Zao, Klank and all them are good too.
