CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I miss the days when my mom and I could bake and do other things together.

I'm so glad Youtube finally changed the Creator Dashboard so we won't see likes/dislikes there. It's nice to see how many people liked my videos, but I hated it when I went there to edit or get the link to a video and learned that someone disliked something I made. It made me feel hurt. Now I don't have to worry about that anymore.

My mom's situation is so frustrating sometimes. She can hardly do anything anymore because of pain. Every day she complains and prays out loud for healing. She's often in a bad mood or depressed. The rest of us know the simple solution, but she refuses to even try it. It all gets very tiring.

One reason why it's so hard to find good online communities these days is because of the children's privacy laws that have been around for a while. Protecting children's privacy is a good thing, but the tragic side effect is that formerly family-friendly communities now allow all kinds of disgusting things, because no children are there anymore. They have no concern for adults like me who dislike these sinful and harmful things. They think we should learn to tolerate it all so they won't have to practice self-control. Even worse, there were no warnings or announcements about their rule changes, so people could easily be misled. The written rules still stated they were family-friendly when that was a total lie.
Our best bet now is to stick with Christian communities, though even some of them are no better than secular ones on this matter, sadly. It's good to know there are some good Christian communities who care about the feelings of others!

I should probably take a break after spending a whole month on my latest animation, but I wonder what I should do in the meantime? Maybe I should do some more sewing or baking. I should try to get around to making more IRL streams and see how to make gaming streams. Maybe I should make another traditional art video.
I tend to imagine my short stories and chapters of long stories being like a typical half-hour show...but judging by the length of my Kirby and the Rod of Darkness Animated episodes, that's clearly not the case!

My poor Eevee figure had an accident. My dad tried to glue its ear back in place, but it shifted while the glue was drying (that always seems to happen for some reason). Now it's stuck like this.
My brother did say he'd get me another one, which is really nice of him! But I can't decide if this one looks bad enough to replace...either way, I won't be getting rid of it. I just can't bring myself to throw away any plushie or figure!

Ever since writing my most recent stories, ice cream always makes me think of Susie. Of course, Gem Apples don't make me think of Magolor because they don't exist!
It's too bad I haven't come up with any more ideas for Mystery of the Mirror Rift, but at least I have other things to do. I'm thinking about doing some more sewing soon.

I still remember the day of my Confirmation. I wore a pretty pink top and skirt, I got a crucifix and a Bible as gifts, and my mom made a chocolate cake to celebrate. I tried to decorate the cake, but I'm not very good at it. The dove perched on the cross looks like a blob.

I wish I hadn't had to go to public school. Most of the things that led to me getting an anxiety disorder came from there.
It was bad enough hearing nonstop profanity and impurities from the other students, but I also heard it from some of my teachers and the books and movies they made us read and watch. I'm glad it's over with now, at least.
