MTV reply of first 24 hours

MTV is going to replay the first 24 hours of programming from when they signed on the air back in 1981. The fun starts with the moon landing, "Ladies and Gentlemen... Rock and Roll," and the Buggles Video Killed the Radio Star in just over an hour and a half.
(midnight Eastern, 11pm Central)

I turned out I understood the news report wrong. It aired on VH1 Classic.

LOL...I remember when MTV first aired...It was such a big deal...It quickly replaced the ususal "After School Specials" we normally watched!!!
