MS Edge extensions

Well, there's a big update for Win10 scheduled for August 2. Most notable are upgrades to Cortana, a new note-taking program, and the availability of extensions for Edge. I find the latter to be most compelling... and disappointing. No uBlock Origin? No HTTPS Everywhere? Why would anyone ever want to use such a browser?

- Because it's there
- Because most users don't know better
- Because it's actually reasonably fast and light weight (I use it for reading PDFs since it renders them pretty quickly)

Other than that, there's no real reason.

Some of our cloud software at work won't function outside of IE. It makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon.

Every major browser works well on Windows 10. I am in the minority that like Edge the best.
