He is genuinely a "light in a dark world,"

How appropriate!!  He is one of those people, that has such an incredible impact on people everywhere.  And humble!!  The man was so humble.....what a servant attitude he had!

Can you imagine how much he's enjoying heaven right now?  He's met Moses, Elijah, Adam & Eve (if you can imagine that), King David and King Solomon, the Disciples, Mary, Martha, Mary Magdelene, Isaiah, Malachai, Sampson, John the Baptist,

God the Father and His Son sitting at His right hand........

Amazing.......

Can you imagine how much he's enjoying heaven right now?

I know. But I still feel like we *need* him here, you know?

Maybe we just need more people to follow in his legacy of gentleness, kindness, fairness, and understanding.

Ya, I know, and understand what you're saying.  It's always the people left behind that are hit hard (his family, and fans), but dang if he isn't loaded with crowns to throw at the feet of Jesus.

I do understand the sadness though......

The world is a little colder, a little harsher, and a little darker place to live without Mr. Rogers. It is a great loss, and leaves a void.

I grew up with Mr. Rogers. He was someone who loved everthing. Saw the good in everbody and everything. He brightened my day. He will be greatly missed. May he be up in the clouds with Jesus celebrating his new life in heaven with his new castle in the sky, not the make believe kind either
