CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thanks for the links. I'd already found that link, the mp3 bible listed there is very good value for money, since it is free. However I'd prefer a more professionally produced product.
The persons reading in the versions of the bibles available on this site are obviously very good readers and are commited to giving a good free product, but they arn't quite what I'm looking for.
I'd like a bible read by a professional narrator, or an actor with an interesting voice, produced in a real recording studio, and not just a commited christian with a mike and a PC recorder.
Considering that the purchace of a good MP3 player to use with an mp3 bible is going to cost £100 to £200 pounds, I don't thing that paying £30 or £40 for a professionally produced MP3 version of a bible is too much to pay.
I'm really looking for a recomendation of a product from someone that has used it, not an item that is pulled off an internet search at random. I've listened to quite a few free mp3 bibles off the internet, but I still haven't found one that I'd find easy to listen to repeatedly.
If anyone has a good recomendation, I'd be very pleased. I'm at a loss as to where to look next.
