Moving Forward

Please pray God helps me to move forward in my life. I sometimes dwell on past losses and let them rule my thoughts. Also that I can hopefully work on some of this in therapy. Thanks!

Oh my! I admit this is something that I do too!
Father,
I pray for my sister that is struggling with dwelling on the past. I pray that you help her resolve this and give her the strength and ability to move forward in her life. Most of all I pray for Your perfect will in her life. Bless her, encourage her, lift her up, comfort her, help her.... Thank You for Your faithfulness and love.
