moved post

There was a post here about a guy who was interested in a woman but concerned because she smoked pot.

For some reason, the moderators moved it to "Singles".

I find it interesting that the younger generation was quicker to jump in and say "don't do it, man" than we (the 'mature') were.


I wish I knew why it was moved. Even though anyone can read our posts, it kind of bothers me that it is an area that I didn't choose to post in. It would really bother me if one of my post got moved. Oh well.

Ya, there was no reason that I know of to move it. After all when I was 1st in the Marines and talked to guys coming back from Nam, it was they who were telling me about the drugs they used. So even at my age quite a few have used.

I've seen pot used by people who did nothing and I've seen it used by people who were engaged with society. So I think one has to take each person and know them just as we do with every person we hang out with.
