Mothers Day: Prayers for the departed

In the thread for mothers day there are a lot of us out there who have lost our own mother, I would like to start a thread where we can have prayers for them.

I'm not really sure how to start it though, maybe someone could suggest something?

I would like to pray for my grandma on my mom's side, as well as for my great grandma.
