Whenever I let my daughter use my phone to play games or call her mother, she add/deletes, rearranges, and resorts my icons!

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah kids take over the phone. When my 15 year old son doesn't have his cell, he uses mine and installs that Kik app on it. Since I don't have much room left on my phone, I always end up having to delete it.
Then he logs me off my fb account and logs himself into his. So then I have to remember my password and type it on my phone (hate doing that) to log back in

But I'm not sure if you're talking about a little one who holds her fingers down too long, or an older one who does it on purpose.
If older, perhaps there is a setting in the child where it can be prevented.
At least if they want the privilege of borrowing the phone ...

I used to accidentally delete my own, holding my phone and touching the screen. The icons would jiggle and then get moved or deleted. One of my 16-year-old students at the time told he how to fix it - on my phone it was under Settings.
But that's funny. I remember programming a stereo for my mom maaannnnyyy years ago, lol. Now it's our kids telling us how to do things.

Lol @AirPo that made me chuckle because it happens so darn often with my two girls. I tend to have a couple of kids app and every darn time...every time....my folders go from a proper name to "gjfjgkgkg" "llllllllllllll........"
