"The controversial order was first introduced by President Biden in November as the White House pushed for increased vaccinations. The court’s conservative majority ruled that OSHA had overstepped its authority by enforcing the vaccine-or-test mandate.

Critics, including former President Donald Trump, had slammed the mandate as “unconstitutional” and argued OSHA was overstepping its power.

In the wake of the SCOTUS ruling, Biden said he was “disappointed”.”
Now he knows there are limits, too bad that so many people are no longer employed due to an over reach of this administration.

I’m sure plenty of businesses will continue to do it, and I’m sure conservatives will have no issue at all with a private business making decisions on who to do business with or employ given the historical enthusiasm in that regard.

They will do it until it costs them money to operate in such a fashion.
Turning away potential employees in such a fashion has the unwanted effect of limiting the growth of those companies.
They could make the best products that the world has ever seen, but if they don't have enough people to support such product demand, they are in effect, cutting off their nose to spite their faces.

Which shows Biden's willingness to work within our system of laws.

He reached ... in an attempt to safeguard the health of the nation ... and the Supremes said "too far" ... so he pulled back his reach.

It is surely refreshing ... to see a leader who will submit to the dictates of the law of the land ... and the dictates of the Constitution ...

Look guys, this is really bad. Now poorly managed companies will have to find another excuse why people don't want to work for them. Sad.

But where are the pathetic whining tweets about how the Deep State is conspiring against him?
Where is the contempt and disdain for the Media for making him look bad?

How is Biden supposed to understand that there are limits if he doesn't throw a tantrum every time he encounters one?

Nah, they'll still blame Biden.

CARHARTT REAFFIRMS VACCINE MANDATE DESPITE SOCIAL MEDIA BACKLASH

“Carhartt made the decision to implement its own vaccine mandate as part of our long-standing commitment to workplace safety. Our recent communication to employees was to reinforce that the Supreme Court ruling does not affect the mandate we put in place,” the statement read.

Many reacted negatively on social media, using a #BoycottCarhartt tag against the brand, which is popular with conservatives. By Wednesday afternoon, the brand had been mentioned in more than 60,000 tweets.

I wonder if the same fervency will be displayed by conservatives the next time a bakery refuses to bake a cake for a gay wedding now we've established many of them in fact don't support the freedom for businesses to make their own decisions.

When has Biden tweeted about the Deep State ?

When has Biden cried and whined about the media ?

When has Biden pushed his faults off onto others ?

People don't want to work in unsafe workplaces, so regardless of what the Supreme Court rules, the vast majority of workplaces are going to continue requiring vaccination as a condition of employment.

That seems not to be the case in fact a news broadcast reported that several employers are hiring back people who were separated due to being unvaccinated

Would that it were true, but more likely will only be required if insurance companies make discounts dependent on vaccination.
