How will to do it since all mouths will be silenced before HIM?

Either you accept all the WORD of GOD as TRUTH

But to suggest that you can be more moral than GOD by taking HIS LAWS and suggesting you know better?

How can you do that?

Absolutely, it's what I said earlier about pride. Pride is a sin therefore shows our fallen sinful,nature and how we call short of the glory of God.

But even larger is the fact the bible is,not a book on morals. It is a book of law and the sinfulness of man. The heart of man is exceedingly wicked. Its not a,book written to lay out every single form of sin,or moral failure we can commit. Its written to show us that who we are cannot by holy no,matter how hard we try. The righteousness of man is as filthy rags. Its a,book written to show us how we become righteous and,how to obtain salvation from our sin and forgiveness for our sin. Including the sin of pride.
