Frankly, I am wondering a bit about the millennium. I think man (that were not believers, and got raptured, and have new immortal bodies) will again have the long lifespans there. Yet, the new heavens do not arrive till after the millennium ends. Apparently the presence of God here affects things, so that the earth will be similar to the pre flood. I haven't really thought a great deal about it, but it is interesting.

Nice try. You have some good points, but forget a few things. If a man dies at 1000 years old, he will be considered a child then, so we have the thousand year lifespans back, it seems. In other words, they might live on all the way through to the end of the 1000 years. But not just lifespans are different, the growth rates in the millennium are also fast again! (if you need a verse on that, let me know) Now, I don't think it is in the bible, but I have also heard some say they had reasons to believe that the climate will be a lot better then to. I am pretty sure that the lion will lay with the lamb then as well. (unless that is all in New Jerusalem?) so, that means that the fast evolving is back again, I would surmise!! Now, I'd have to look it up, but I seem to recall something about childbirth being easy again then as well?The devil will be bound for those thousand years. Sickness, death, destruction which come from him will be at a minimum and that which does occur will only need to look to Jesus Who will be ruling at the time. People will live longer because of His healing balm. How that happens is not exactly told but just as He healed people while He was on the earth. Healing will occur during the Millenial Reign.
