I don't see how disproves the claim of the Qur'an since the Qur'an itself says that the Torah and Gospel are Divine Revelations, so they too must contain accurate information about such facts. If there is any error in this information, then it is manmade errors and not the original text which is at fault.
Not to mention that the embryo issue is ONE scientific reference in the Qur'an among hundreds. Sure, if we look at one on its own it might not be something magnificient, but there are too many similar references to the water cycle, structure of the skies/earth/oceans, the expansion of the universe, the origins of Iron, historical events, etc etc
