Monster Hunter Tri, anyone?

I just started playing this game a few days ago and I can't remember being this addicted to a video game. Usually I'm able to control my gaming in favor of balancing everything out, but I already have 30 hours on this thing after only a couple days. I'm making myself get online for a while so my boyfriend can actually use the TV. Anyone else addicted?

I got this game a few days ago, and after having played it twice, I can't really see myself putting too much time into it. I'm not sure what it is about it, but something just turns me off from playing for longer than 30 minutes or so.

I dunno, maybe I will come back to it in a week or two and see how it sits with me then.

It gets good once you get to the bosses. Then playing for less than 30 min is hard, considering it takes almost an hour to beat some of them.

really on psp I got the game I just started to get into it.

I got this game for my hubby's birthday at the beginning of the month. I watched him play it, but ended up taking the controller and doing a couple of the missions.
I really liked the game for the little bit I played it. When I get some free time to get into it, I'm going to create my own character and try it out.

How's the online play? Anyone done that yet...and how do you like it?

I've seen commericals of it and I have a friend that plays Monster Hunter on PSP... do you think my friend would also like the Wii version? My friend also played the PSP some to show me how it works and it does look interesting... and if the Wii version is simliar to the PSP version I just might consider getting the game also for myself as well. c:
