Do you believe monotheistic induction is a form of mental child abuse?

Explain how it could be. Pushing the belief in a Zeusian figure, maybe, but a belief that "yeah, there's some sort of God person, probably only one", how's that abuse?

I suppose it depends on how the belief is taught.

I don't think in and of itself that teaching someone monotheism is abusive. The method of teaching could be, though.

If the belief helps someone live a happy, successful, and fulfilling life, I wouldnt consider it abusive.

If it turned you into a raving lunatic that screamed that everything was the devil and made you stand on a street corner waving a bible at everyone who passed, yeah Id say thats done some harm.

Ideas can be just as dangerous as anything else if mis-handled. The wrong idea about ANYTHING is dangerous if you connect it to the right person
