  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have been struggling to pay off the debt I incurred in my months in school and out of work for some time now. My job doesn't pay much, so it's definitely slow going. I recently signed up for a program that's supposed to assist with applying for and obtaining grants for just about any purpose. I felt God leading me to do so, in spite of the money it's costing me to join, and I felt that He would have something come through for me so I could start LIVING instead of putting so much of myself towards paying my bills. I had my first counseling session today, and the guy I'm working with gave me some links of possible grants that I should check out. Well, I did, and I didn't find a single grant that I'm eligible for. Now I'm getting frustrated and beginning to think I made a big mistake, in spite of the fact that i thought God wanted me to do this. Please pray that I can find the funding I'm looking for and that it comes through soon!!!

LORD,
We ask You to bless & guide fieldmouse. Provide for her financial needs as only You are able. Open the doors necessary for her to get this matter under control. Give her joy and peace in her life. Bless her abundantly through thy riches in Heaven. Help her to do thy will in all aspects of her life. Fill her with the HOLY SPIRIT that she might be guided into that which You would have her to do. Let her live each day in service to You, knowing that You will provide for all her needs. May she be a source of blessing unto all You bring into her life and may she be blessed by them as well.
Through the Blood of JESUS we pray

Lord, i pray that you would help out fieldmouse3. Lord, please bless her and help herthrough these financial struggles. Lord, i pray that you would strengthen her and give her your wisdom as well. Father, that she would continue to follow the path that you have shown her to walk, and that you would be there to help her through these trials. Lord, i pray that she would find a grant that would allow her to start living again, but most of all i pray that she would continue to follow you no matter what happens. In Jesus' name, amen.

Just keep on going strong for God, and rely on him with everything that you do. I hope that you can find a grant soon, that you can get some financial help. Just remember that sunshine always follows after the rain. God bless
