Moderators that don't use reason...

What do we do about moderators that don't listen to us when we are being accused of violating rules that we are obviously not guilty of? In other words, we offer valid reasons for them not to issue us a warning, but they just simply ignore us.

Do we continue to allow them to moderate our forum, or do we replace them?

What do we do when they are so bent on enforcing rules that they show no compassion or good sense when it comes to discerning a real rule violation that deserves a warning?

it is not the mods who aren't using reason it is that they are attempting to make sense of the craziness of the rules enacted by those who were in a rush to ban perceived offensive behavior.... the rules don't make sense and consequently the mods cannot do their job in an effective manner...

Moderators have only the Site Rules and FSRs to go by, especially in relation to warnings towards FSBs in the other SDA forums, which is why I have begun discussion in the SDA wiki on adding some grace to this section of rules.

As far as interpretation goes, it takes three interpreting the same thing as to whether it is a RV or a NV to reach a consensus.
