Moderator Applications not working

As far I can tell, the old moderator application system has been shut down and nothing ha replaced it. The forums are there with the right permissions, but the old form for applications to complete is gone. That form when completed started a new thread for the application that could be viewed by moderators and the applicant.

It's on the list, and has actually already been started.
Once the policies are redesigned properly, then the application form will be up again.
