yeah; its like AV believe that unless we can taxonomize EVERY species to have ever lived and organize them ALL on an ascension/branch chart, theres absolutely no evidene to support evolution.
And don't forget --- do it BEFORE you make the "discovery".

You know --- like you do the Periodic Table?

Or is the Periodic Table just theory also?

Darwin predicted that our earliest hominid ancestors would be found in Africa... and guess what AV... they did. :p
Well, I'll be!

I predict the first polar bear will be found in the Arctic area --- let's see how that pans out, eh?

the periodic table is an organization of elements. it was organized in such a way that it predicted the existence of elements that had yet to be discovered, we are well beyond that point now. all we have left, apart from isotopes, are elements we have to invent.

Yes --- I know.

I've been brought up to speed on the Periodic Table and the predictions made.

And thus my point --- specific elements were predicted --- but when I expect the same predictability from the Taxon Table as the Periodic Table, the story suddenly changes.

For some reason, the science behind the Periodic Table is different from the science behind the Taxon Table.

life came from the formation of rna and dna synthesis; that rna and dna then coded into multiple organisms.

its not like one single celled organism turned into many different organisms; however, that one strand of rna that turned into many strands of rna and dna did turn into many verious and unique organisms.

another poster keeps saying that the evidence for a different state past keeps piling up.

something is going to collapse~!
Why would you even entertain and encourage such foolishness? Really. Let's keep the discussion on an intellectually honest level.

In my short time here I have discovered that this site is definitely incorrectly titled. There is nothing encouraging or edifying here and it is definitely not Christ-like. It seems to be simply an echo chamber for those who believe in evolution to voice their point and get validation or beat up those who don't give that pat on the back. God is not even present here and I'm hearing a lot of trashcan lids being slammed together (1 Corinthians 13:1) and quite frankly I have no desire to be where He is not. The Holy Spirit tells me that to be true, but I'm sure that statment is a bunch of hocus-pocus to this forum too.

It saddens me that so many have been led astray. As the joke goes "I used to think the human mind was the most incredible and intelligent thing in the entire universe....then I realized what was telling me that"

For those of you that are truly trying to make a difference here, I think your time and efforts would be better used elsewhere.

For those of you still seeking, I think you could get a much better understanding of your Heavenly Father and what He wants for your life elsewhere as well. Don't let this forum taint your perception of what a Christian is like or about. It's a poor representation at best.

So carry on. I'm sure there will be replies to dissect my statements here and that is fine. I'll be praying for all of you. And just to keep my final post on topic.....

"Do you honestly think that a million years ago atoms and protiens foating around the universe would have the intelegence and humor to get together and make you look like that?"

Thank you, Jake --- but these guys need to see our faith, even in the face of what they think is evidence to the contrary.

When we don't buckle and cater when they present us with such "overwhelming evidence and logic to the contrary", then that's when we shine the best.

God bless ---
