One Sunday morning a guy got up and decided that instead of going to Church that day he would go bear hunting.
He got all of his equipment ready and out the door he went and climbed into his truck headed towards his favorite hunting ground.
When he reached the woods he got out and began to look for any signs of a bear. As he was tracking along an old logging road he finally picked up some tracks which looked to be fairly fresh. Off he took in a hurry to try to catch up to the bear.
As he rounded a bend he ran smack right into a large bear. Running into the bear caused the man to stubble backwards and fall down over the bank. His gun flew out of his hands and was well out of reach when he noticed that the bear was heading down the bank towards him.
The man quickly prayed, "Lord, please turn this bear into a Christian." All of the sudden a light out of heaven fell upon the bear and stopped dead in his tracks.
The bear then fell to his knees, clasped his claws together in prayer and prayed, "Lord, please bless this food for which I am about to receive."
