Missed Meds

Ugh. It is so painful when I start having withdrawal. Sometimes I forget to take my meds and the next day I feel like I'm going to throw up. I take so many all the time, it is easy to forget or mess up the timing of taking them. Does anyone else go through this? I mean, do you ever miss meds and it turns out bad or you feel like this?

Personally, I do need the bright colored pill boxes to remember. Every day has to be a different color otherwise I mess it all up!

Here is a good example of one that can help:

If you have trouble remembering them. Then tell your doctor and see if you can take them all at night

Or injections. Many medications these days come in shots that can be administered every several weeks or months. Depending on what you're taking, this might be an option.
