Some are certainly. But the lists Paul gives in 1 Cor 12 and Romans 12 are primarily to bless the body of believers.

Nothing more humbling and faith strengthening than asking God to do something for you and having Him do it almost instantly (even if it is a random thing).......Makes you almost afraid to ask......helps one develop a true Fear/reverence of the Father.
