I think you can minister at any age as long as what your saying is what you believe.

Ask yourself why you want to do it first.
If you look at the lives of the apostles ,they all had trades.
Do something practical like the apostles did .So that you have an understanding of the real world .
Develop a strong relationship with God .And then be open to the opportunities He will bring to you .This may happen anytime.
