I like Hat, Caesar and Zvezda minis. Have some marching on my desk at work I'll try to send some photos later. Hat 1/72 plastics are very cheap and available from a variety of eras, Roman, biblical, up through middle ages etc. Zvezda doesn't have as big of a line for historical minis but the quality on what they have is SUPER detailed.

I like the Danish Butter Cookie one, it looks like real ! It even comes with 2 cups of tea (I believe they were made by Japanese).

yeah, japan makes really good ones, they have a company called Re-ment, so realistic and tiny!!!

The miniatures looks so cool! I like the photos! I've always liked those miniature "villages".

I still have some of my collection of animal figures and accessories from childhood, I guess those would count as miniatures...some of our holiday decorations probably would too.

I saw a bunch of miniature figurines in a store once, including a piano and a tiny sewing machine! Maybe I should have bought some haha.

Once in elementary school, we had to make miniature models (since we were learning about mathematical proportions at the time). Ever since, I've loved miniatures, especially furniture lol:


I've also been interested in nanobots - the idea of making something so minuscule yet complex is fascinating:

I just stumbled across this guy's Facebook page, which has some of the most realistic miniatures I've ever seen.



I have a lot to learn about model-making myself, but hope to get to this level of skill one day.
