Had made Hauptmann (company commander) before the FedCom Civil War started. Stayed out of fighting for the civil war and resigned 6 months after it was concluded. He used the money he'd saved and his retirement fund to buy himself an ARC-5S Archer.

He did fairly well, keeping mostly with the Medium Class Circuit. He made enough to buy his 'Mech personally and put the rest away for the future. When Mike made the pitch to start a Mercenary Unit to hunt Clans, Sean dropped out of the current season to join his brother in the endeavor. He pilots a CN9-D3 Centurion.
