Meteorite shaped like things falling from the sky

In my dream, the sky sort of turned a bit red. I remember during the day yesterday before I went to bed, I looked at the sky, and noticed a slight part was red. Anyway, things started to fall from the sky, like meteorite big and they were crashing on people. I was at a distant, but it scared me, and I was just watching how people were being crushed under it. I thought 'what if it comes close' because it looked like the end of the world. People were running about.

I was thinking to myself 'i will not be hurt because God will protect me' in the dream.

This is a significant and should be an encouragement to anyone reading this, that they too can find safety through faith in Christ.

I went close and then things began to fall again, but this time not meteorites, but they looked like tiny particles, and I did not feel anything falling on me, but I ran towards a big building, while I was close, I saw things hitting the building from the top.

In the first case, "things started to fall from the sky, like meteorite big and they were crashing on people". But this time they are "not meteorites, but they looked like tiny particles". So the Lord is painting a picture here of something. Whatever it is, first it is like a meteorite. A shooting star that reaches the ground is called a meteorite (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meteoroid). Shooting stars that hit the ground (or meteorites) I believe are represented in the sixth seal of the book of Revelation. If you click on that link, you will see a picture. The picture is a picture of the sky, with stars in it. These all look like tiny particles in the picture.

'I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood; and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind. The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains; and they said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”' (Revelation 6:12-17)

You said: I did not feel anything falling on me.

You are exempt. The rapture happens immediately prior to this point in time, in the fifth seal.

'When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained; and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” And there was given to each of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed even as they had been, would be completed also."' (Revelation 6:9-11)

The point at which the white robe is given, must be after the resurrection-rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:14-18). Those who have died as martyrs otherwise cannot wear robes, for they are in spirit form only until the resurrection. So the resurrection must have taken place by this point. So the direction is from the heavenly realm. The period of divine judgment has begun in your dream.

I ran back and saw the building falling slightly.

This could relate to the start of judgment. Or, it could relate to the fact that everything must "bow" at the presence of God. Buildings will bow, but men will not!

Earlier you wrote, "it looked like the end of the world".

This is what your dream is all about (not the actual end of the world, but the of the world as we know it -- Matthew 24:3). It's all about the coming of Christ.

This is probably referring to the fact that the beginning of judgments is represented in your dream. It gets much worse -- particularly as you proceed through the trumpet judgments in the seventh seal.

I ran towards the other one, and someone said "but we told you not to get out of the building. Remain in there" or along those lines,

In the sixth seal (quoted above), we see men out in the open. That is the place of vulnerability. The "building" is that which God has built. The place of refuge is in God.

"So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord,in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit." (Ephesians 2:19-22)

The building is the place of refuge which is found in God and in God's people. Do not confuse this with a man-made building, or a man-made institution, or churches that do not preach the truth, based on God's word.

I saw the building tilting slightly, and I did not want to go to the ground level because I thought if it crashed, thats it. I even at one point in my dream felt overwhelmed like the world was coming to an end, and I started to think what happens from here? etc

Your dream is the beginning of sorrows, but not the end of sorrows. It gets worse. Much worse.

"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows." (Mark 13:8)

Ultimately, your dream is pointing to the time of Christ's return, and that it is soon. The rapture will happen shortly. Following this, there will be sorrow, trials, and tribulation. These will culminate with the Battle of Armaggedon. Christ will fight at that battle, and will then setup His millennial kingdom. Your dream is pointing to all of this. The end of the world as we know is indeed coming very soon.

My dreams especially about fire, storms, floods and such usually come true. We had a big flood in Australia in late dec/early jan 2011, and I remember I had dreamed something similar 2 yrs before.

I also had a dream like this one when i was around 11, that i was standing in our front yard, with a white robe on, then i saw fireballs from the sky hitting the ground, i could hear people crying from being hit by them, they were not touching me, but i was fixing to be judged

Nice interpretations. I also feel the coming of the Lord is closer than many think.
I pray those who do not know Him will draw closer to Him. I pray the Lord will extend His mercies to a lot of people.

Jesus Christ is coming back very very soon.

I find it interesting how it connects with Ditte's dream of the underground choice not being safe. In both dreams, you and she knew that things could fall down and crush you, and there would be no way out -- while other people were suggesting you hide.

I do not want to tell you that your dream definitely means one thing or another, because I believe that God uses dreams to lead us through thought processes and research, prayer and reflection.

Look at all possibilities, in addition to the End Times. Things going on with you personally, in your surroundings and family, and in your region. The goal might not be getting your dream "right," but understanding what God wants to convey to you.

In many dreams, red has been a symbol of alert. You had a recent experience with red in the sky, so it might also refer to something that was going on in your mind at the time. Treat this as a conversation with God -- He knows what is on your mind, what your passions and concerns are.

Many are really blind, spiritually blind. Not until the veil has been taken off their eyes, will they see, and I pray the Lord will remove the veil the enemy has used to cover the eyes of many people, including some of my own siblings too.

This perspective that you see about people's shortsightedness might also relate to daily situations. You show a concern to help pull people out of their unreality, and have already prayed for them. In your dream, you are physically trying to help them. In real life, you take a spiritual path, and probably conversational.

Staying inside the building (in Ditte's dream, going under into the basement) is a safe and protected zone, where a person does not enter the public realm. This is similar to avoidance. Going through life as normal, hide in daily personal activities, escaping into movies or games that divert attention from the real dangers, not speaking out for what you believe.

People told you not to go out in public, or you would be hurt. Well yes that happens, but you knew the risks far outweighed being closed in and stifled.
