god does not want the little ones to perish, they must see that all perishes, heaven and earth, and all thats in them, all the words of the god of this world end, but the words of Jesus Christ do not pass.
Jesus tells us when the end will be, it is when it is least expected, when we are unaware, when we are too concerned with our own lives, to realise that is how our life will perish.
we are told to watch, to be instructed that Christ will come when we are unaware, and a thief comes through our house to break it up, which is when we are not watching, when we are eating and drinking with the drunks, when the flood came and destroyed all.
Matthew 18:14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
Matthew 2435 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

who is a faithful and wise servant, giving the correct measure of meat in the right times, not seeing the lord as delaying, never stopping looking for the lord, to not be a hypocritical unbeliever.
taking heed to ourselves so we do not focus on excesses and drunkenness and cares of this life, which cause the day of Christ to come unaware to us.
the day of Christ comes as a snare through these things, on all that live on the whole earth.
the little ones are told to pray always to escape these things, to stand before the lord.

children of the day are not behaving as those who are drunk in the night, as those who sleep in the night.
those little ones who are of the day, are sober, they put on the armour of faith, the hope of salvation, to obtain salvation by our lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, to sleep and be awake together with him.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
