I think he is under allot of pressure thats why hes doing the stuff that he is doing.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Sure why not? He's an amazing director. Braveheart and Man without a face are two of my favorite movies. He's also an incredible actor. Based on how he handled the man who was stalking him years ago that was mentally disturbed, I think like he seems to be a pretty decent man from what I can tell also. We all have our flaws but this doesn't choose my movies for me.

Thankfully that's not the definition of completely crazy, else many more of us would be in trouble.
Sounds like a lot of stress and pressure to me. We should support people and be more understanding when stress is getting to them. I couldn't imagine the stress being someone like him must be.

I watched the latest he had out. Edge of Darkness and it's typical watery-eyed Dad Mel. It was an okay film.

I was watching some horrifying movies. I saw an awesome moving with Sigorney Weaver about serial killers.
