Who else is getting this need little package and on which system?

I my self am getting the Game Cube version, I mean 10 games for 30 bucks? Hard to go wrong there.

X3 wasn't all that rare when it came out (at least, the SNES version; I am assuming you're referring to that one, and not the PlayStation version of the game). Now it is, but back in 1996 it wasn't. X2 is the hard one, since there were complaints about it giving people epileptic seizures.

I'm planning on getting it for Playstation 2. Namely because I would like to have the cutscenes from Mega Man 8 in the nice MPEG-2 format that PS2's use (and because you can access PS2 cutscenes with a DVD drive). I do music video editing, and PS2 footage is a lot higher quality than PSX (PS1) footage, because of the compression format.

Actually I've notice the GCN put out pretty decent FMV quality too, and I'm getting the GCN version btw, I guess it'll just be nice to have all the Mega Man games on a Nintendo system lol..

$200 probably isn't too off the mark if the box is in mint condition. I once saw a copy of X3 at a GameStop store for a $100...and the box looked like it'd been through a war.

I plan on getting it. I had most of the NES Megmans back on NES, but since my ol' NES is getting more and more temperamental, it'd be nice to have them for a modern system. I hope they release a bundle of the X games someday too.

As for the version I'm getting, it'll probably be the PS2 one, since the controller on the PS2 feels more suited to side-scrolling.

It's Megaman 1-8 (No X games) plus Megaman Power Battle, and Power Fighters. Two arcade games.

Cool. I'm gonna have to pick it up. What will it be better for? GC or PS2?

I guess it comes down to personal preference. As far as I can tell, the only differences gamewise are the PS2 version's disc also contains a full episode of the Megaman Anime. The GameCube version contains an extra interview (I believe). So.. *shrugs* Just depends on what you're more interested in, and what you think would feel better with Megaman controller-wise.

I might pick it up on my PS2... I'm not sure. I've got MM 1-5 on my NES and all of the games on my compie(ya I know, I know), so I don't know if I'll buy or not.
