  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have to take a test next week because I am experiencing dizzyness and have some kinda oral infection. I am worried because the doctor said I should get a HIV test - that its a manditory test they do for everyone.

He assured me that I shouldn't be worried - but I am very frantic. I was wondering if you could pray for me. There is only one desire I have which is to have a loving wife and child one day... and I am so worried about this test.

Please help me.

Lord God,

I lift up Psalm 162 to you. Right now we need your peace to pour into his heart and reign over all fear and anxiety. Anything thats is not of you and causing him to worry, I command it to leave now in the name of Jesus Christ. Give Ps162 hope as hope is not for what is seen but what is unseen. I pray that you would prepare his heart for this upcoming test. Grow his faith in you and may this go well for him next week. Draw him closer to your self and whisper your love in his ear as the time draws near and wash away any fear. Show him how much you love him and reassure Ps162 that his future is in your hands and you will take care of him and provide for all things according to your will in Christ Jesus.

Thank you for the work you are already doing in his heart.
