CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Praying for you and your dad to have a wonderful relationship and get everything worked out between the two of you. 
I had a rough relationship with my dad. My parents divorced and well, I didn't see much of him for a long time. It took a lot of prayer, work and patience but here I am twenty years later with a very strong relationship with him. All things are possible with God.

Lord, i pray for LilBrat. Lord, things are happening in her life at the momment, and i just pray that no matter what happens, that you would be there with her every step that she makes. Lord, that you would allow for things to get worked out between her and her dad this weekend, and that she may be able to stay with him while her mum is away. Father, i pray that no matter what happens, that LilBrat will continue to have a strong faith in you, and that she would keep on growing up with you in her life. In Jesus' name, amen

Be with LilBrat and her Dad this weekend. Help them to sort through their differences and see the love they have for one another. Give them a desire to do that which is best for the other and to be a blessing to one another. Guide them in thy righteous ways and fill them with thy HOLY SPIRIT.
