Hello,
I was posting in the Bipolar area, my dad is bipolar and I thought I was developing it as well. I started to see a psychiatrist in October and started to take Paxil and Risperdal. Risperdal is a medication for bipolar. Well, I had some testing done last week and I am not bipolar. I had a case of mild depression. I think this is something I've carried around since I was at least 12 but didn't seek help until now. I am struggling in university but beginning to make progress. I just pray that I will pass my first semester of university. I had all of my exams delayed so now I have time to study more for them. I am so stressed, I am trying to give it my all.

Glad to hear you don;t have bipolar....but sorry to hear your depressed and struggling in school...I'm sure you will do well....I will be praying for you hope all is well...

I spent some time studying my History textbook tonight and I took lots of notes. I am going to be studying a lot. I am going home tomorrow until January 8th or 9th and there is no Internet to keep me from studying.

Way to go sister...keep up the hard work...being only in 11th...I'm terrified of college...and I know that it will come...but it just seems so scary to me...

It was harder than I expected and I admit I didn't work as hard in my first semester as I could have.

I joined a gym and I'm going to be going there until May, and then I'll be going back home for the summer. I felt really good and happy after working out 30 min. on the treadmill. I wanted to go last night but my boyfriend who drives me was sleeping. I want to go tonight and use the treadmill and then go to the pool.
